Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic components in their original retail packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
